The trailer park in which I live has been, for lack of a better term, trying to get rid of me. They've told me how they dislike the color of my trailer and give me citiations or whatever about outdoor storage and whatnot. I had gotten behind on rent after I had been laid off from work and we went through the courts - first 2 pretrials, in which they kept telling me that if i were to pay what i owed, they would terminate my lease regaurdless..
during this time I found on social media, in the trailer parks own facebook group, that the manager of the park stated "they were (currently) in the midst of a lawsuit against (me), and it will be resolved one way or another in July".
Is that legal to announce? And to my neighbors and everyone in such a public forum? It feels like defamation but I read that defamation is only when the slander is not true. .. and the "resolved one way or another" sounds almost as intimidating as their threats to terminate my lease if i payed my rent!
