How do I come out to my mother who isn’t kind to me?

My mother has always been neglectful and rude to me and my siblings but a part of me wants her to know that I’m bi. Can someone please give me advice about how I could approach this conversation with her that hopefully won’t end up in an argument? Thank you for your time and support.
