Good evening,
My brother was assaulted by another teenager. There were a group of kids there, and my brother basically had 2 of this front teeth knocked out requiring surgery. Idk the group with that kid, but my brothers friend doesn’t really want to talk because he’s scared. Apparently the kid was friends of someone’s son who stole my Brothers $850 bike a few weeks ago and said this is for so and so before punching them. Legally speaking, what can I do? Also that kid is known for dealing weed. I’m looking to press charges and pretty much sue the parents for medical expenses and any little thing I can thing of.
