Dealing with coworkers you don’t like
Post Body

So I work with the one guy I do not like. We’re both fixing to go into FTO and we’ll be completely separated from each other pretty soon. With that said, I just don’t like this dude,. He acts like he’s in high school still and has no chill. He is always messing around and is treating everything like it’s a game. When I get pissed off at him he hides behind the excuse that “ our FTOs are gonna be assholes”. He has no respect for me and he only fakes respect to the other officers. He’s constantly making comments about the appearance of the female officers and of any woman he comes into contact with (he makes these comments in front of a female cadet as well). He would mess up in the academy and just down play it or act like it didn’t happen, but if someone else fucked up, he would let them know about it. I’ve been told by my supervisors that he’ll find out soon enough that he “doesn’t run shit” (they told me this because the guy in question was my class leader at my academy). What would y’all do in my position? My cadet group is fixing to get sworn in next week, the guy I don’t like will hit the streets not to long after, then I’ll hit the streets about a week after him. Should I say something and risked being called a snitch or should I just let the winds of fate handle it?
