Those who work for smaller agency’s (county’s with less then 15,000 people or cities with around 5,000 people what do your days look like?
Post Body
I’m currently working in a city with the around 70,000 people and the call load is fairly high especially from 1400-2200. While it’s by no means something I can’t handle I have interests in transferring to a smaller agency of this size as I’m more familiar with it and I don’t want to buy a house in the metro area. So if you work for a smaller agency lmk what it’s like.
