Is Amazon becoming a Sarkari postal delivery company?

So I have been noticing this from my last 4-5 orders. Amazon have been really acting as a proper sarkari compay. I will share the details:
- They cancel the order according to their wish and will.
- Talking Customer care is sheer waste of time, as they do not have any real solution other than issuing a refund.
- Delivery guy holding the order from his own end and not delivering it.
- Amazon delivering the wrong product to the houses.
- Having no regards to legal action whatsoever!
Makes me wonder, has it become a real Monopoly and hence acting like govt services offered to us.
