I sent an International Speed Post without stamp. Is it okay?

Is stamps mandatory for international speed post? I just sent a document but they didn't asked me to attach any stamps. My dumb brain forgot to ask it there. Now i suddenly remembered that i didn't used any stamps. However they accepted the document and gave me the receipt. I can even track it, it says dispatched. So will it get back to me or its fine without stamps? Any experienced folks?
