Who is "Erioch the king of the Elicians" in the Biblical book of Judith? Is there any other historical information about this person and his people or any non-Bible proof that they existed at all?
Post Body

This king and his people are mentioned in passing in Judith 1:6, "Now in the twelfth year of his reign, Nabuchodonosor king of the Assyrians, who reigned in Ninive the great city, fought against Arphaxad and overcame him, In the great plain which is called Ragua, about the Euphrates, and the Tigris, and the Jadason, in the plain of Erioch the king of the Elicians." (DRA)

Is there any more information about these people? I know the Bible isn't a history book, but I assume that they have some historical basis to be mentioned among other figures that are attested to outside of the Biblical narrative.
