What is the historical consusensus regarding the er...non-witchy parts of Caliban and the Witch?
Post Body

I know historians of Witchcraft (even the most polite) have trouble keeping civil when Caliban and the Witch comes up, and that Fredericci's 'facts' about the extent of the witch persecution and her explanation for its cause aren't taken very seriously. But what about her other points? Is her history of the affect of the early stage of capitalism on women considered credible?
