Did Aaron Burr ban snacks from cabinet meetings?
Post Body
Is it true that burr banned snacks during cabinet meetings because of Jefferson?! I've googled, but there only seems to be social media anecdotes about it..anyone have a legit source? Also, in a time before modern ventilation and hygiene, why would it matter?
Note: some posts say Washington did. I feel this might be a jokey meme I missed, but curious!
