Post Body

im looking for books on the history of early christianity. i dont particularly care about the rise of christianity, but most books probably cover that naturally

here are a few titles ive found and am interested in (esp the bolded):

  • eusebius - church history
  • w.h.c. frend - the early church
  • henry chadick - the early church
  • udo schnelle - the first 100 years of christianity
  • charles freeman - a new history of early christianity

are there any other "essentials" or recommendations?
