During the Napoleonic Wars, what was the scale of weapons production in Britain and France?

I'm interested if there are relatively precise numbers for production of military products like muskets, cannons, different types of ammunition, etc. But if you have qualitative assessments, I'd be happy to hear from you.
I know this is considered the turn of the industrial revolution, but I've always been fascinated by the seeming contradiction between the relatively unindustrialized state of Europe at this time and the way many of those countries were able to field massive armies year after year.
