I have the worst back pain, but mainly only on planes, any ideas?

It seems to happen when I sit in the airplane seat, Iām not sure if its posture, my weight, something random? The pain is on my lower middle left side of my back. Almost where kidney stone pain would be but only on planes! My doctor cant figure it out because im never in pain at the office, just on planes. I fly frequently so any help would be appreciated!
