Post Body

Hopefully my situation is self-explanatory from the title, but I started a new job 2 months ago and received a sign on bonus…. Basically just wanting to know if there is anything obligating me to pay that sign on bonus back aside from morality/ethics lol.

Company did NOT put any stipulations in the offer asking for me to stay x amount of time for sign on bonus, or anything regarding pay back terms. I feel like the answer is obvious and is no, but just want to make sure I’m not missing any sort of loopholes or common knowledge. I’m in CA btw.
