Hello,

I'm applying for an adjunct instructor position, but the application asks for 3 references. Can I just list the HR contact information for 3 of the institutions I currently teach at and explain that all of the institutions I currently teach at have a no reference policy? I do have past supervisors that have acted as references for me, but they all haven't supervised me in at least 1.5 years and they weren't my supervisors in higher education.

I make my living mainly as an adjunct instructor across 5 community colleges and universities. My position at each of these institutions is expected to continue into the Spring 2022 semester.
