This happened about 10 years ago. I got a new Job, the HR lady showed me around with her hand on my lower back, above my ass.
Is that appropriate? I asked because the place I contract for (even being a self employed vendor) made me watch a SH video. Then it dawned on me. I am wondering what the boundary is. Would that be considered friendly? What if I did that to a woman?
I don't care what anyone says, it happened. Just curious on where the line is.
