FLSA- July- Is it official now?
[NV] My company was waiting until they knew it was official before letting certain employees know they were changing to hourly. There are only a handful who will be impacted by the July increase. They still haven't said anything. I do not see anything in the news besides the Texas state employees being blocked. Is it official? Someone said they had until tonight at midnight to stop it happening. Is that true or is it a done deal now?
Can't wait to see what January brings. We are a non-profit and it will likely be a mass change of employees to hourly if that one actually happens. Again, they are waiting until the day of to make decisions.. Although I know they likely have it all figured out already.
