I’m interviewing for a job and they are asking me to do some kind of timed intelligence test. It looks like word and math problems. I have dyscalculia so the math problems are a nightmare. I doubt I would be able to finish even one. Can I ask for some kind of accommodation? I don’t want to disclose my disability unless I have to. For reference the job is a manager role and wouldn’t involve doing math problems by hand. When I can use a calculator or excel, math is no problem (except typing in numbers, but I’m just a little slower than average)
