Post Body
I applied in 1/1/24 for paternity leave. That said my claim was denied, because the state hadn’t sent me the birth certificate yet. Now that we do have it, I’ve resubmitted it.
Does that affect my pay at all? Really I’ve been working on and off (stir crazy). I work in big tech. We have 3 months paid paternity. I’m back to work next week.
My biggest concern is that my pay will be affected. My HR said that hadn’t thought so but will get back with me.
