I am 48 yrs old, Have yrs of experience and very successful ones! I recently have come into some tough times with employment.
1st I quit a job due to being Locked out (probably because I was trying to get Union Vote). Landed a job I loved but was terminated without cause and can no longer do the work due to a stop work order that has been issued and no one will give me info about it. I tried for months afterwards. It was with the Feds. Now due to health issues I am trying to change careers again! Not by choice, but rather necessity. I have been in sales, IT, Insurance, i am a trained Paramedic with Vast experience in health and safety and emergency management/response. I can't even seem to land a job working in a dispensary right now! What am I doing wrong?
I get like 5 emails a day from employers on indeed asking me to apply to thier jobs, I apply to many more and have only actually landed a couple of phone interviews... after like 100 applications.
Can anyone offer advice?
