Hey I am on a PIP. I am maintaining documentation of things I’ve done this month to address the PIP.
That being said, I was wondering what I should do career wise? I’m interviewing out but this was my first tech job after working hard to pivot away from finance.
It’s been a rough market and our company is seed stage and the writing is on the wall. I guess I’m looking for advice. I’m on good terms with my ex employer (bulge bracket investment bank) but banking is soul crushing. I feel a bit lost as I’ve never been in this situation, but it’s something I definitely saw as a possible scenario working in startup world
