[MI] Do you include former jobs that are not professional and over 15 years old on a resume?

Post Body

I’m looking to make the leap from nonprofit to for-profit, mainly to be able to better support my family financially. However, I’ve only worked at the same nonprofit for the last decade plus. While I have held more than one position there, and been promoted, it’s all been within the same program. Is it OK to only include one job on your résumé? My jobs prior to this were not professional jobs as I started with the nonprofit right after I graduated from college. Any help with this one would be appreciated!
