What are your thoughts on a young guy who wore a wig (lost hair from a condition)? Assuming it looked real? Dealbreaker?

26 male, lost my scalp hair and been using wigs ever since. Great quality and look very real. The whole ‘wigs look fake’ is false because you only notice fake wigs.
But I’m curious as to how dating will go. I’ll be honest in the first few dates about it but is this going to be a huge issue?
