Met a guy 3 weeks ago. We went out a few times and all has been great. He told me he had just gotten out of a long term relationship and that was fine. The last two times we’ve gone out we’ve “run into his ex.”

The first time he told me his friend was performing a cabaret show and then his ex also showed up. The next time we went to one of his favorite places to eat and his ex was there with someone else.

He’s gone up to talk to him and I just smiled from afar. Should I bring it up or end things. I honestly don’t want to get caught in this. It could be coincidence but I don’t want to be someone to make his ex jealous or show he’s moved on. I do like him, but don’t know what to do
