Just say no to steamrooms & saunas? Elderly & fat.
Post Body

Since I'm elderly and fat, plus need meds to control my high blood pressure, is it wise, almost mandatory, at this point in my life to avoid heated areas like steamrooms, saunas and hot tubs? Whether 5 minutes or 15 minutes?

I assume more than 10-15 minutes, then a cool off before another 10-15 minutes again and again is NOT healthy -- even for the youngest and healthiest stud?

Or just be careful in my situation, but most younger guys will be fine?

Or, as long as my meds are keeping my blood pressure good, don't worry? 5 to 15 minutes is fine for almost anyone?

My annual physical is soon, so I'll definitely ask my doctor.
