I've found that most gays (and society in general) want to put everything in a box or a category of preset characteristics.
I struggled for the longest time unable to decide which tribe best describes me. Most of us find it comforting belonging to a group or tribe. Until recently it bothered me that I was too small to be a chub but to chubby to be considered athletic or average then not buff enough to be considered muscular. I'm not conceited but fairly confident yet still I feel I have some work to do in the self love department. As a gay man do you feel pressured to fit inside a certain category?⁶
