Hope I’m framing this the correct way, but wanted some advice

Met this guy in November. We hit it off and began hanging out. The thing is we hang out as friends but haven’t gone much further. Our first two dates we went out to restaurants. He invites me over for third date. I think we’re gonna fool around. He tells me he’s on meds and has low/no sex drive, so I back off.

After a few months of taking things slow, still nothing happens sexually until last night. I was over last night and was sitting there in my sweat pants and got a boner and it was pretty obvious. He made a comment and I said do you want to see it and he jerked me off and sucked me a bit .

When I tried to touch him he didn’t get hard. I tried to suck him off and play with him but didn’t really get him super hard. He was able to cum after about 30 minutes.

I wasn’t sure if it’s the meds that do this or if was just self conscious about not getting hard and blamed it on the meds. Not sure how to approach this with him, because I want to have sex but if meds keep him from getting hard I don’t know what I should do
