Is it even possible to get used to penetration?

I'm a bi guy who has had a few experiences with other guys. I enjoy giving head, but every time someone tries to penetrate, I feel a) sensation of wanting to poo and b) way too much pain regardless of the size and amount of lube used.

When women finger me anally I get intense pleasure from it but I only feel pain and no pleasure from dick penetration. Why is that? Is it something I just need to get used to? Can i even get used to it? Would love to hear from you guys as everyone here should be more experienced than me. Thanks
