A buddy of mine came over to the house last night and we decided to jerk off together as we were chatting in the kitchen when I was making drinks. As we stood side by side playing with each other, both came and I went to grab a towel to wipe the floor.

As he walked to the bathroom and I wiped down the floor, I noticed his cum was off-color as I cleaned it — yellowish/light brown. I looked it up online and it “could” be an STI. Subsequently, I’m wondering which STI it could be, and how easy it is to get from frotting.

I could be way off base, because it’s me reading Google lookups. He’s always maintained that he’s tested quarterly (as he’s on prep) but again that’s only every 3 months, and with what I read people can have an STI with no symptoms.

Has anyone ever seen/experienced this? If so, was it STI-related? I do want to mention it to him as I’m worried about his health as well, but don’t want to embarrass him. Ergo, I don’t want to walk into the conversation making him feel possibly humiliated if he were to have it with the stigma attached to it.
