Started prep today, did I luck out on no side effects?

Even though I have yet to experiment with another guy yet I thought it would be good to get on prep just for the added safety. Took my first pill about 7 hours ago and haven’t felt any side effects that were mentioned (nausea, dizziness ect). Have I lucked out or am I gonna notice it more when I take a few more of them?
