Military-style game help
Post Body

So, I'm going to be GM'ing a game over the internet soon-ish. The thing is, instead of the players acting as characters, they'll be commanding Napoleonic style armies in a battle. My question is, what kind of experience do you have in this situation? And are there any tips to help/make easier this kind of game and GM'ing it?

Right now, the resources I have made is a very rough map and an idea of what armies should/shouldn't have and how to have the natural world will impact gameplay.

Sorry if this is too wildly specific or a noobish way to ask the question. If this isn't for this sub, I'll delete this post if told to do so.
