Got expelled from school and enrolled in new one how can I renew my residency permit in this case ?

Im a student who under unfortunate circumstances got expelled but enrolled in another school I didn’t told the school about my expulsion (due to attendance it’s a culinary school) they said it’s highly I’ll receive conditional letter soon
I don’t wanna tell the school but seems like my residence permit might raise a question plus it’ll get expired in August so I’m damned since I can’t apply for renewal until I get admission letter what shall I do in this case !?
