How to find a job in a university as a dual citizen who speaks crappy French?

Post Body

I know this is a long-shot, but here goes:

I'm an American-French dual citizen. My father's from Antibes, moved to the U.S., met my American mom, had four kids--me (28/F) being the fourth. I'm a "full" French citizen, passport and everything.

I studied French at an American university, so I have a Bachelor's in French. However, for work, I've been editing English language higher education websites. I know a good amount about web design, HTML, web accessibility, etc., but the majority of what I do is edit English-language content for university websites.

Can I find a job doing this in France? Where would I find this kind of job?

I want to move to France, but my French isn't nearly good enough to do what I do in the U.S., but in France, in French. I speak well enough to get along, but as for actual work, I'd need to be working with English. I could work with people who don't speak English, take direction and translate what they say/write into English for the website. But I can't write good enough French for a website.

Merci beaucoup pour l'aide!
