Which European country is the most vain?

Much of the world looks at Europeans as sophisticated, chic and well dressed. Obviously this is a stereotype but it holds some truth in the capitals like Paris and Milan.
I don't think vanity is a bad or evil thing and in someways is good on an individual (to a degree).
