How to pump water through a filter using an air compressor?

A basic diagram I have in mind would be a filter cartridge (tight pore size of 0.2um) that is attached to the 5 L water vessel, but I can’t figure out how the vessel would be attached to the air compressor for it to work and filter in fairly short time.
