Does it use more power to play audio from a cellphone using the onboard speakers, an aux cable, or bluetooth?

I've been curious about this for a long time because I listen to a lot of podcasts. My main question is about the onboard speakers between 50%-100% volume and airpods, but I'm also curious about a traditional aux cable and a modern lightning or other audio ports
Cheers!
