In my area we have multiple brief power outages, maybe once every couple of months. My company has rotary assembly machine running a variety of PLC's, mostly Rockwell. What is the best way to put in an uninterruptable power supply? I don't need to keep the whole machine running, I just want it to be able to stop safely and restart smoothly after the power blip. Do I replace the current power supplies with a UPS? Or do we have to wire directly into the 240 main machine supply? Or something else? Thanks for ny suggestions.
