Sizing a public flush tank type toilet

Hey, I’m working on studying for my plumbers master exam and I’m working on water supply piping. On the exam you have to size a dentist office and it’s using flush tank type toilets. Using the 2021 ipc it says you need to run a 3/4 in water line to the toilet because it requires 5 wsfu. Is this correct?

Yes it’s the ipc. It’s the county’s exam to get my plumbing licenses so there’s no class to teach you it’s just all from experience and reading the code book. I have roughed in hundreds of toilet and I have never put a 3/4 in line because there’s so many reasons not to. 1 they don’t make a 3/4 in angle stop. 2. It’s only a 3/8 line going to the toilet so why would you run down the wall 3/4. They throw a lot of stupid things into the exam to make it extremely hard
