Would two solenoids aligned to experience repulsion between them result in a decrease their individual currents?

In this situation I would have two solenoids facing each other, such that both ends are north for example, and when activated they are actively experiencing repulsion, I know that the magnetic field of both would decrease in strength, but would there be any affect on the electrical input of each solenoid?
