Would it be safe to put a Home Gym Machine on the second floor of my house?

In total, it weighs about 650lbs.

I wanted to put this in a spare bedroom on the second floor but I've heard mixed opinions on whether it is safe or not. My parents are telling me its going to damage the floor of the home.

For context, its a single-family, 2100sq ft home. Built in 2006. Not sure that matters but just trying to add as much detail as possible.
