Ultra long pcb issues
Post Body

I'm working on an led lighting project. I basically have 48in of pcb. I haven't been able to find anywhere that can produce a 48in pcb so I've decided it need to be broken up into 3 separate boards. Is this really my best option or are there companies out there that will produce pcbs at least or close to 48in?

If breaking it up is my best option I'm struggling to come up with the best option for low visibility pcb to pcb interconnects? I've looked at other designs that seems to break up their designs into multiple boards but the board to board interconnects don't seem to be visible.

The uploaded image is a single segment of my current 3 segment designs.

Edit : Sorry I had tried to include an image but I appear to have failed at this. Please ignore the above comment then.
