Does anyone know of any standard silicon MOSFETs (the non-power MOSFET types) that are finicky and easily breakable? For reference, I am a Material Science grad student and our lab gets lot of custom made devices that we run through a gamut of experiments. However, once we run out of the custom samples, we will not get anymore from out sponsors. I am looking to find an accessible commercial replacement.
I am asking for finicky and/ or easily breakable MOSFETs because we ultimately need to stress the materials in the devices. Large power MOSFETs are nearly impossible to break, so I am looking for something opposite of them. Most commercial MOSFETs I see usually do not have a body contact, which I would need.
I would love any help you could provide me with!
