Post Body
First, I'm sorry if this isn't on topic for this sub or if it's been answered before. I looked through the wiki a bit but don't know what key words to search for to narrow my search enough to be useful.
I'm trying to use a pcb from an old USB keyboard (Logitech K120) in a project and need to connect switches to the black connections (what are these even called? They don't look like the typical soldering pads). Can I solder these? Do I need a special solder?
I'd really like to read up on this and learn for myself so if I could at least get some specific terms to search I would be happy. Thanks!
Edit: PCB, obviously. Whoops.
