Post Body

Hi Guys,

I'm hoping one of you could assist me with a small project. Let me start by saying I have no experience with electronics, but I understand the very basics.

I build scale models as a hobby, and I have project that has been sitting on my shelf for a few months, that I'd really like to tackle. It's a nice little Revell 1:112 X-Wing. I want to something different, well different for me, with this one, I want to fit it with some LEDs. Specifically LEDs for the engines/boosters and one acthe cockpit.

I'd like the LEDs in the engines to flicker. The X-Wing has 2 wings in an X configuration, I'd really like for the engines of each wing to flicker in unison. I've attached an image to help explain, 1 and 1 should flicker together, 2 and 2 should flicker together, and 3 should just be on.

I'd like to power this with a 9v power source, a battery for now.

These are the LEDs I'll be using:

Forward Voltage: 2v

Reverse Voltage: 5v

Forward Current: 20mA

Thanks very much to anyone who can help!
