I don't know if this product is EOL or what, but it seems that everyone is out of it, and even the alternatives are all out of stock too.
I am building this board: https://nimbelink.com/Documentation/Development_Kits/NL-AB-MPCIE/20027_NL-AB-MPCIE_Schematic.PDF
I have bought several from the supplier, but the form factor isn't correct, and they are not willing to spin a different board. They told me to feel free to build my own, and even provided the schematics and design files online. My problem right now is sourcing the components before I do my design. These little transistors are the blockade that is preventing me from moving forward.
I don't think I need anything special for these - it's just an N-channel MOSFET. One is used to drive an LED. Another is used to wake the PC when it goes active low. Technically, I may not even need these if the PC we use doesn't have the LED or we don't want to use the wake feature.
Can anyone help me with a replacement?
