Hi All,
A few years back I built a pH & ORP amplifier PCB for monitoring of pH and ORP in my above ground pool. Recently my kids were in the pool and I was looking at the data and noticed severe spikes in the data. Not sure if this is a new phenomenon or something that has always happened.
EDIT: Just realized my entire post didnt post...
I am thinking that this is somehow related to the extremely high input impedance of the amplifier and the extremely high output impedance of the sensors. Could it be that there is some charge being induced into the water when a person is in the pool?
