Shopping for a Multimeter

Hello, I’m an EE student who needs a multimeter. It seems Fluke is the brand many people prefer but there’s such a price difference between them and most every other brand so I’m wondering what the pros and cons are of that brand versus others.
I’d like something relatively solid with good accuracy and functionality; I’m working on projects at home but I’ll likely use this professionally at some point as well. I’m very welcome to your suggestions.
