Unidentified IC

Hello guys.
I was recently trying to replace the ic on thus digital controller for a mug press but when i searched for the numbers on the IC I couldn't find anything online it seems to be a controller for the power supply. The model is HTP621 manufactured by a company called themagic touch.
I would appreciate it if you can provide me with some insight.
