What's the possible DIY with a broken power supply?

So basically i have 33 wat phone charger
Plugged in the wall 24h (not always using it) Suddenly it stop charging I think maybe its because the electricity become not stable last two months?
So what can i do with the remaining (alive) parts inside it?
