Different HP Electric Motor Same RPM, will it work?

My kitchen exhaust fan blew, looking for a replacement. Saw one on FB marketplace for a good price. Wondering would it still work. The old one is the Baldor it's 3/4 HP 1725rpm and single phase vs Dayton 1 HP same 1725rpm and single drive. Can this be used as a replacement? Thanks!
